Here is an interesting You Tube video on the possible connection of dozens of environmental disasters over the past 12-18 months.  The author of the video is basically posing a question, “Is there a link between all of these disasters and global warming?”  It is really hard to believe there is absolutely no connection and that all of these represent random events.  I like the narration and the “tongue-and-cheek” way they approach the message.  A good video for environmental science classes to view.  What would be the next step in the investigation to see if these events are in some way “linked?”  What a good research topic for students or a PBL project?
